When the tailgating party grill is nice and hot place the Italian sausage patty on the grill and cook evenly on all sides. Go to your favorite Italian Deli i.e. Botto's and pick up some sharp provolone, sauteed broccoli rabe and marinated roasted peppers top it off and you got the perfect sandwich served on a kaiser roll. Its quick, easy and delicious.
