Description

Homemade pasta prepared in no time!

Ingredients

1/2 pound of ground meat

16 Ounce box small rigatoni

26 or 32 Ounce jar of spaghetti sauce (we like Rizzo's) - reserve 1/2 cup

1 Cup shredded provolone cheese

2 Cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Parmesan cheese

Directions

Brown ground meat.  Cook pasta as directed.  Spray 13" x 9" glass baking dish with PAM.  In separate bowl, mix cooked meat and pasta with spaghetti sauce.  Stir in provolone and mozzarella cheeses.  Spread reserved 1/2 cup of sauce on bottom of sprayed casserole dish.  Spoon pasta mixture into dish.  Sprinkle parmesan cheese on pasta casserole.  Bake at 350 F for one hour.
